All services will be started instantly after to book the order & finalize the transaction. All
materials should be provided in pdf form for better studies & exam preparation. We will
not commerce the provision of Services pursuant to any Order, Where Customers purchase
Services on terms requiring pre-payment, Services will not commence until payment has
been received and cleared.
Price of services:
Price of services are fixed and mention with proper captions on website. These prices are
confidential and the Customer agrees not to divulge them to third parties under any
circumstances. The Customer will be liable for payment for any unused Services.
Payments:
All price of services are exclusive of VAT. All Payment of services will be prepaid. Non
payment may lead us to suspend provision of Services.
Limitation of liability:
Our total liability to the Customer in respect of any Services, except for death or personal
injury caused by our negligence, is limited to the total amount paid to us during the Contract
Term for such Services.
Confidentiality
The content and terms of this contract shall be confidential as between the parties and there
shall be no breach of that confidence by either party.
Data protection
Both parties shall comply with all data protection or data privacy applicable laws and
regulations relating to the processing of personal data and privacy, including where applicable to guidance and codes of practice issued by applicable supervisory authority and
the equivalent of any foregoing in any relevant jurisdiction.
IP Rights:
All intellectual property rights, including, but not limited to, patents, trade
secrets, trademarks, trade names, copyrights and other rights in works of authorship (including
in computer software), moral and artists’ rights, design rights, trade or business names, domain
names, know-how, database rights and semi-conductor topography rights and whether any of
the foregoing are registered or unregistered and all rights or forms of protection of a similar
nature in any country.
